Hydraulic Hammers Mastermech
HAMMER
HYDRAULIC
1- Nitrogen accumulator
The nitrogen accumulator is equipped with a polyurethane membrane capable of guaranteeing greater
duration of the nitrogen charge compared to hammers equipped with gas-tight gaskets only.
2- Distribution group
It is positioned above the piston to be easily removable and ensure a comfortable fit
maintenance.
3- Impact mass
Designed to have a constant and powerful impact energy, it moves in a single cylinder in a way
to have a perfect concentricity.
4- Carcass tie rod
The carcass is maintained by 4/6 carcass tie rods (depending on the size of the hammer) which the
make it easy to disassemble to significantly reduce maintenance times
5- Hammer body
Built monobloc to avoid the use of tie rods having greater resistance to the lever and
lower maintenance times and costs.
6- Back pressure
The whole MHB series tolerates a high back pressure and needs little oil flow and
consequence of little diesel consumption.
7- Interchangeable bushings
The whole '' MHB '' series is equipped with interchangeable bushings.
8 - Design
The design of the MHB series allows the operator to have greater visibility and the ability to operate
in smaller sections.
9- Dust guard
The whole MHB series is equipped with a dust cover mounted in the lower bushing that allows you to
keep the grease inside the bush and does not allow dust to rise in it.
This leads the bushings, the tool holder and the tool to have longer life.
